Will we ever have a Whedonverse party where ALL of Joss's characters can come dance and play?
The Shindig is great - and the Browncoats are a dedicated crowd of fans - but the music...*sigh*
Perhaps we could have a Whedonverse party one night and Shindig the next? Or split the Shindig into half Firefly/Serenity music and the other half a DJ w/great dance party music?
The biggest problem is getting a ballroom for multiple nights. Back when we were the Buffy Track and American Sci-Fi Track was in charge of Firefly programming, they had the Shinding and we had the Sunnydale High School Prom. Both were usually on the same night so people could swap back and forth between the two. Sadly, when we became the Whedon Track, we had to pick between the two events.
